There are also technical salons for other purposes, such as technical exchange activities organized by enterprises, technical salons in technical circles, and technical promotion activities.

Once the value direction is clear, we have a general idea of the scope. This time, our theme is to focus on the technology direction of the front end.

We need to confirm the lecturers. Our lecturers should include internal lecturers and external guests (the first meeting needs some “giants” support to enhance the influence of the salon).

Half a day is enough for a general meeting, but the audience is tired. Therefore, one afternoon was set as the meeting duration. According to the speech duration of 30 ~ 40 minutes, about 6 speeches were set.

Too many or too few people were not suitable, so we settled on 100 participants. When the number of students is determined, the venue can be basically confirmed, so we choose our company’s lecture theatre (you can see whether to apply for venue funding to rent according to existing resources).

Since we planned to do this in early April of that year, and the date was Decided on June 29 of that year, we still had plenty of time to prepare. If it is the first time, it is recommended to leave about 2 months to prepare.

You should be curious about how to invite external guests. Basically, you need to find senior students around you and find their contacts (former colleagues, classmates, friends). If not, you can even directly find celebrities in the front circle, such as Scott, and ask them for help. After determining the external lecturers, how to choose the theme of internal lecturers? We chose the platform-level products with some internal precipitation, covering the direction of error monitoring, low code platform, test machine platform, performance monitoring, etc.
