Enterprises can output personalized services and consultation to users through text, voice, TAB and other rich media methods, greatly improving service efficiency.

Compared with instant messaging software, 5G messaging has the advantages of native APP free, security and reliability, real-name authentication, easy access (no need to pay attention to) and wide coverage. 5G message users do not need to download the client, but can use it in the native message entry of the terminal. With carrier-class security and reliable, real name characteristics; And unlike different messaging apps that cannot communicate with each other, operators can communicate with each other; For example, in 5G SMS conversations with 12306, users can quickly book, pay and change tickets by sending voice or text messages and clicking keywords. Natural language processing (NLP) is an unavoidable topic of knowledge graph. It is generally believed that knowledge graph is the cornerstone of NLP, and the knowledge graph is based on the application of NLP. Why is that? We can start from the definition of both: what is a knowledge graph? In practical application, the purpose of knowledge graph and NLP is the same, for example: intelligent question answering, translation, recommendation system, etc. The construction of knowledge graph is inseparable from the extraction of natural language by NLP technology, and the application of NLP is inseparable from the relational analysis and reasoning ability of knowledge graph.
