I. Project background

To ensure the security of campus entrance and perimeter is the top priority of campus security. Most of the illegal behaviors are caused by people from outside the school entering the school through the school gate and fence. Therefore, controlling off-campus personnel can effectively reduce the probability of campus security incidents. Especially during the epidemic period, it is also very important to control the entrance and exit of campus personnel and ensure the daily life and teaching of campus.

Ii. Program introduction

The campus security visual management platform is built based on EasyCVR video fusion cloud service to monitor the campus entrance, campus perimeter and teaching stairs in real time, so as to ensure campus safety and student safety. The solution system is divided into three parts: front-end device end, cloud server end and client end.

1) Front equipment: cameras are installed at the entrances and exits of the campus, stairwells of teaching buildings and campus walls to conduct real-time video monitoring of key areas.

2) Cloud server: EasyCVR platform can receive the video stream of monitoring equipment and provide face recognition, voice intercom and other functions. EasyCVR supports external distribution of RTSP/RTMP/HLS/WebRTC and other video streams to meet the regulatory needs of staff and regulatory authorities, and can also be displayed on the wall in real time through decoding. In addition, it can also customize the video time period, conduct cloud video for the monitoring of various areas on campus, support video retrieval and playback, and ensure that emergencies on campus can be checked and traced to the source in time.

3) Client: receive the monitoring pictures and alarm information of the server, locate the alarm location in time, and facilitate the timely processing of campus security personnel.

Iii. Main functions of the scheme

1. Management of entrances and exits on campus

Smart HIGH-DEFINITION cameras are deployed at the gate of the campus, and the entrance and exit management is completed with personnel channels. Through the camera to capture the image, compared with the campus face database, the successful comparison, linkage personnel channel open release, complete the campus unattended access; Comparison failed, the pedestrian channel is not open, need to register visitors in the security department, if there is a person on the blacklist of face database, immediately alarm, notify the security personnel for processing.

2, campus perimeter security management

Because of the particularity of long distance and large scope of campus wall, the security of campus wall is the most important part of campus security, so the accuracy and timeliness of alarm of the security security system of campus wall are required. Due to the particularity of the fence, 7*24 hours of continuous monitoring is required, and it can be controlled by the pin-top and adjust the camera preset position flexibly, so as to achieve no blind spot monitoring in the perimeter area.

3. Personnel crowding management

During dining and recess activities, the flow of students out of the teaching staircase is large. In order to avoid stampede, most schools have carried out student diversion and on-site artificial control. However, stampede incidents occasionally occur, requiring more effective technical means for control. The camera is installed in the corridor, and the density of students is counted by the back-end intelligence. When the density exceeds the threshold, the alarm is triggered, and artificial or automatic propaganda is used to remind students to pay attention to the safety of the upper and lower floors.

Iv. Summary of the plan

Campus security visualization platform based on EasyCVR provides RTSP, RTMP, FLV, HLS, WebRTC video streams in various formats. Real-time video monitoring can be carried out through Web or client, remote realization of PTC control, video retrieval and playback, backup download, video forwarding, front-end camera management and other related operations. EasyCVR can also provide a third-party interface to support cascading, which can be connected to each major networking sharing platform at the same time to realize the interconnection of campus security system, data sharing and sharing, and energy level connection to the superior supervision platform, which is convenient for district, municipal, provincial education bureau and other regulatory units to carry out collaborative supervision on campus security.
