preface

Recruitment in the Internet industry has always been a difficult problem for everyone. Recently, I participated in some team recruitment activities and found that it was too difficult to recruit the desired candidates at a low cost.

At the same time, it is also difficult to obtain the recruitment information of internship/school/social recruitment, especially when it involves detailed department information. It is usually necessary to directly contact the students in the department to understand the department in detail.

Not only that, the recruitment information is also very messy, some published in Boss Zhipin, zhihu column, niuke.com and so on…

Although the flow of recruitment information published in these places may be high, it undoubtedly increases the cost of information collection for job-seeking students.

Usually, there is only one job requirement and contact information left in these information, which is not specific enough. If the job-seeking students want to know the specific job, they need to contact the students who posted the information, which is also a cost saving.

The solution

Based on the above background, AFTER some consideration, I decided to set up a Repo specially for recruitment, in which people can publish issues in accordance with the required format. I will regularly sort out some recruitment information into README, and timely clean up the expired recruitment information to avoid too cluttered and redundant information.

GitHub Repo: WJq990112 / front-end-recruitment GitHub Repo: WJQ990112 / front-end-recruitment (Welcome to point a small Star, let it be seen by more people, can have more people to participate in, build together)

GitHub is chosen to carry this information on the one hand because GitHub itself has a lot of traffic, and on the other hand because most outstanding students are active in the open source community.

On the one hand, it is convenient for management. On the other hand, it also allows some students who have worked in a team to publish their feelings, so as to give some reference to students who are looking at opportunities. Whether the team is good or not is up to everyone.

Some expect

The purpose of this Repo is to focus on big things, you can put some of the recruitment information of the team in the Issue, which is convenient for recruitment and also convenient for students who are looking for opportunities to send resumes

Although I am only a small front-end, but I hope to solve a pain point.

GitHub Repo: wjq990112/Front-End-Recruitment

I also hope that you can enjoy a small Star, so that this Repo can be seen by more people and more people can participate in it!

Hope this Repo helps
