Note: Snapshot size is related to cloud server memory size. Generally, 1G/2G is created within 3 minutes. In this case, the creation is complete and the storage status is 100%. 4G was created in 6 minutes and 8G in 12-15 minutes. 16G was created in 25-30 minutes; 32G is created in 50-60 minutes. 64G takes 110-120 minutes to create. The cloud server works properly during the snapshot taking. Here I use the bird cloud server.

Snapshots can only be created when a cloud server is running or shut down. During the snapshot, the cloud server can be used normally, but cannot be shut down or restarted. Snapshots of the cloud server degrade disk performance of the cloud server.

1. Log in birdie Cloud official website – Log in Birdie Cloud account – enter the console – cloud server management.

2. Select the cloud server to which you want to log in and click Manage. The cloud server management page is displayed.

3. Click Create Snapshot.

4. Read the Precautions for The Snapshot Function and confirm that you want to use the snapshot function.

5. Select snapshot information.

6. Pay the snapshot order and wait for the snapshot to complete.
