Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the overall interaction design from project approval to launch iteration, responsible for the visual design and interaction design quality of the company’s products; 2. Clear business requirements and user demands, understand user usage scenarios, formulate design objectives, plan and produce design schemes; 3. Responsible for interaction design creativity and planning of product functions, including interface structure, user operation process, interaction details and dynamic effects, etc.; 4. Organize and formulate product interaction design specifications, implement design specifications, and supervise designers to comply with design specifications. At least 2 years interaction design working experience, complete online product interaction design experience, bachelor degree or above, major in industrial design, computer, psychology, graphic design, advertising design or related; 2. Have a deep understanding of interaction design concepts and standardized workflow, and constantly strive to improve design efficiency and quality; 3. Able to quickly understand business requirements, have strong logical thinking ability and product responsibility; 4. Have the ability to continuously optimize the design quality of the team, have certain research and innovation ability, and have good control over the quality of UI/UE design and production; 5. Proficient in using common design tools and design presentation methods, and clearly expressing design concepts and logic; 6. Team spirit and ability, able to work efficiently and harmoniously with people in various roles; 7. Have the ability of overall planning and sorting out product information architecture, and grasp the user experience of the whole process of the product.
