The problem

github failed to connect to github.com port 443 timed out

why

It is possible that github token security rules have changed due to receiving emails.

The token has expired. You need to regenerate the token.

Click the Regenerate button to jump to Github and then regenerate the token.

Click the Rebuild button

Click the Regenerate button.

Get the token

Just click the Update Token button

Click to log in using token

Fill in the new token

Note: Github seems to have changed the login mode to use a token instead of a password.
