This is an inexplicable interview, and the department for the interview is NCE. I have long heard that Huawei does not attach importance to the front end, so I confirmed with HR before the interview whether Huawei needs the front end or not, and when I got the confirmation, I went there.
The Beijing campus is really big,
Round 1: The interviewer smiled and looked at my resume seriously, but didn’t ask any front-end questions… I thought huawei interview was so loose? Turns out I’m on my knees here, and the truth is on three sides.
Round 2: HR interview. Maybe because OF my status as a returnee, HR always thinks THAT I can’t bear the pressure and work intensity of Huawei. Of course, my answer must be positive and positive, but finally I got unstable evaluation
Round 3: This round is all algorithm-sudoku problems and network structure, not good. However, MY previous business was very close to this department, and I also put forward my opinions on the business problems of their group. Finally, the interviewer thinks I passed and will recommend me… Also told me that I had kneeled in the first side, that I did not have a good Java and network foundation.
In conclusion, there were no front-end problems at all, and I didn’t make it. Feels like a wasted day, hehe hehe
