Download the install package from the Flutter website first
Download completed decompression; Be careful not to install flutter on a path that requires some high permissions
Go to the bin directory of the decompressed flutter directory and copy the path down
Copy this path and find the system variables in the computer environment variables
Create a new path, paste in the path you just copied,
Then open CMD and enter flutter –help
If the following result is displayed, the installation is successful
