The projects of dharma Institute’s laboratory that I have come into contact with are basically research-oriented. Most of the front-end content is in charge of building the middle and background of the project, and occasionally maintaining some modules of aliyun’s official website.

Although most of my work was in the middle and background projects of PC terminal, the technology stack was react+ UMI + TS, which I was not familiar with. Therefore, it was undoubtedly painful at the beginning, and I needed to learn a lot of content and timely apply it in business.

During this period of outsourcing in Dharma Academy, I learned a lot, not only in technology. The colleagues in the project team are all highly educated and competent, and the conversations outside work also broadened my knowledge and helped me see a lot of scenery that could not be seen at my level. Of course, also awake to see the gap between themselves and the bosses, in a blow to improve their own self-drive 😫.

In the first three months of 2021, the work content during this period can be summed up in two words: learning ~

Business needs are not very much, and because of the epidemic, I will work at home every other week, so the construction period will be longer, and I have more free time to study crazily

However, outsourcing is outsourcing after all, no matter how much colleagues in the project team accept them, they have their own share of dinner in the project team, dinner with the boss, snacks and milk tea for products, and red envelopes stuffed with red envelopes… Institutional discrimination is always a factor in leaving your outsourcing position.

So, in March 2021, a combination of factors led to a decision to leave the outsourcing job (and sneak your resume and start interviewing).

In 58, I do my CAI for the better part of a year

After less than three weeks of interview, I successfully got several good offers, but there were also several unpleasant ones:

The front-end leader of a company: “I feel ok after the previous rounds of interviews, but you are outsourced. Why don’t you come to our team to do the outsourcing?”

Of course, the other party may just think that I don’t want to technical dishes, and it is not convenient to say so, so I chose such a reason ~

I met about 10 Internet companies, mostly second or third tier Internet companies, such as Byte, Ali, Tencent and Baidu. I felt I was not good enough, so I didn’t even invest.

Here is my special thanks. Although I was dismissed by a company, THE HR gave me feedback on the details of the whole interview process and the interviewers’ comments on me, including the specific questions, answers I gave and the interviewers’ own ideas (no feedback or very little feedback from other companies).

Finally, I resigned from outsourcing and chose to join 58.com. The person in charge of the Dharma Hospital project team also took me to dinner. Hahaha, thank you ~

Compared with the previous, I personally feel that the new team of 58 is younger and more energetic, and for me, it also has more sense of belonging.

The group leader is a young and beautiful, skilled little sister, in the work of me also great! Very patient to teach a lot of technical knowledge, business logic… I also made a lot of new friends. We went on group trips and had dinner together on weekends

Compared with the previous work, I also had more breadth and depth. I began to rewrite VUE, mobile terminal H5 and small programs. Meanwhile, I also used React + ANTD to do the background project of toB. Encountered a variety of problems, but also learned to face more problems when the solution ~

With the accumulation of experience, my ability has also been improved to some extent. From the beginning, I was only responsible for several modules of a project, now I can be independently responsible for several projects ~ heh heh ~

In addition to business requirements, I also began to contact and try to produce technical things, such as VScode, Chrome plug-in, desktop electron, business practice of dynamic planning algorithm and other colleagues in the team have given great help and support ~
