At the same time, the head teacher also said that since the increase of the coverage rate of parents, their manual can not quickly support the frequent communication of parents.

After understanding the business demands, we began to analyze the problems existing in the current products:

I. Find the existing problems (user/interface/data three levels)

Positioning & functional operations from the top will find no major problems, but in fact completely ignore the dimension of the user’s scene.

For example, in the class, the user wants to supervise the children’s class situation, he can click the supervision class to enter quickly, but in ordinary times, he can not click into. For example, after class, users want to know their children’s corresponding after-class feedback, users need to find the latest class in the vast number of courses. In the process of learning, users gradually have a deeper desire to explore, and they cannot efficiently carry out the next operation. They can only go back to the previous page, find the course again, and conduct a new operation. With every climb hitting a rock wall, users can walk a long way. The core of the problem is that the operation is disconnected and the content reaches the long path.

From the point of view of design style, although the use of brand color but not combined with the characteristics of users, resulting in many users ridicule ugly, ugly.



3. Interface data – understand the data, determine the direction of revision, and estimate the effect after revision

Based on the above summary questions & data and the demands of the business side, the following modification directions are obtained



I. Content external architecture upgrade

Through research we can discover the child learning is the essential link between teaching platform with parents, so only in the most simple way to reduce the user cost of cognitive, is no longer a layer into the understanding, but can direct contact of learning mood, by directly exposed to distinguish the class course, and after the scene, highlight the curriculum itself attribute, to understand children learning efficiency purpose
So there are two main things that have been done to upgrade the content external architecture:

1. Upgrade the architecture
