As a middleware product running girl, most of the time she is confused. This may be the programmer GG people can not understand the pain. Especially in the face of the so-called “aircraft carrier” enterprise distributed application services (EDAS).
You see, EDAS is very considerate and has different versions for different types of users. EDAS’s basic functions and most popular of all, various application publishing and management, most recently for Kubernetes applications to provide comprehensive management capabilities for K8S applications.
And it was easy for me to understand.
EDAS also includes such lofty functional terms as elastic scaling and limiting downgrading, which is barely understandable.
But here’s the thing. EDAS is positioned to provide a variety of application publishing capabilities and management, but it’s actually a PaaS platform built around microservices.
So what exactly are microservices?
As unwilling to lag behind, constantly learning positive little sister, I began to consult, Baidu, Google, to seek an answer……
After continuous learning, digestion and understanding, and various twists and turns of seeing and forgetting, I think:
Microservice is to solve a business system is too big, too cumbersome, too bulky, too complex, we split the business system into a number of independent small applications to develop. Communication between multiple applets can be accomplished through services. Each small application can independently complete a business, but also to other applications to consume their own services.
When there is no actual development experience, can only rely on the wisdom of net friends and their imagination to understand the shape mentioned above. Actually, I don’t even know if that’s correct. Hahahahahahaha.
