Domain name has put on record, how to inquire put on record information?
Answer: You can inquire the record information at the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
Put on record because domain name check does not pass, how should operate?
A: If you encounter this problem, you need to transfer the domain name. The new domain name owner is the same as the archival subject. Domain name transfer can be completed on the console, please refer to.
What if I forget my login account?
A: You can retrieve the account by binding security information. If you cannot retrieve the account by yourself, you can verify the identity of the account owner through a manual appeal. It is expected to take 3-5 working days to retrieve the account through a new phone after modifying the security phone.

Storage group class problems
- Video on demand – Media resources cannot play
Solutions:
- To add a domain name on vod, CNAME must be resolved to the CNAME domain name provided by VOD.
- After the anti-theft link function is enabled, ensure that the request Referer header is in the whitelist;
- The authentication address obtained when the authentication function is enabled takes effect only after it is accessed within the authentication validity period.
- Ensure that the client environment is consistent with the credential environment provided by VOD when playing in credential mode.
- When playAuth mode is used, ensure that playAuth is within the valid time range.

- Live video – The live stream address cannot be played
Solutions:
- Whether the domain name of the broadcast stream address is configured correctly;
- Check whether the push end pushes THE RTMP of H264 + AAC to the video center normally.
- The domain name of live broadcast shall be resolved to the CNAME domain name provided by live broadcast.
- The AppName and StreamName in the live stream address must correspond to the AppName and StreamName in the push stream address.
- After enabling the authentication function, ensure that the broadcast IP address has authentication parameters and the corresponding authentication parameters are valid within the time limit.
- Ensure that the player supports the live streaming protocol.

- CDN- Abnormal access after resource acceleration
Solutions:
- Domain name configuration and resolution: (a) The source address and port must match the server configuration;
(b) The source Host must match the server_name of the source server. (c) THE CDN accelerated domain name shall be resolved to the CNAME domain name provided by CDN.
- Abnormal CDN access: (a) To use HTTPS, ensure that the SSL certificate with complete domain name is configured to the CDN node.
(b) CDN can normally obtain and pull resources to the client only when the normal response of the source server is ensured; (c) Domain names in sandbox nodes will not guarantee stable quality of service; (d) If the CDN response status code is 503, confirm that the source security policy does not intercept the CDN return request; (e) If the CDN response status code is 504, confirm the response speed of the source station and the quality of the CDN link back to the source; (f) If the CDN response status code is 403, check whether the SECURITY protection policy of the CDN is used for interception.
- Abnormal access from the client to the CDN node: (a) Ensure that the local DNS of the client is consistent with the actual carrier environment to ensure normal scheduling.
(b) Packet loss occurs on the link between the client and the CDN node. You are advised to replace the local DNS server on the client to test access to another public DNS server.
