Night Eye is a Chrome extension that will only be available for a three-month trial period. So I found another completely free Chrome extension on the web that allows me to darkly style any web page.
This extension is called Dark Web – Dark Theme for Chrome
Very convenient to use. After installation, a new dark icon will appear in the Chrome extension list. When clicked, the entire page turns to a black background:
Contrast a normal background. This works pretty well:
