If you are a new version of Chrome, you will see the following error
The reason: Drag to install CRX plugins is no longer supported in Chrome 67. The latest version is now available in Chrome 71. Here’s a quick description of how to install chrome plugins that are compatible with all chrome versions offline.

#### 2. Install the plug-in. The installation method of the new Chrome is compatible with all chrome browsers. First of all, download the plug-in companion download address: official download standby download
Open the later screen
- Exit Chrome before you start
- Select the plug-in
- Start the installation
Now that the installation is complete, open chrome and disable the plugin. Click [3 dots in the upper right corner] – [More tools] – [Extensions]
Turn on “Developer Mode” and “switch in the lower right corner of the plugin” in turn.
