Technology, business and management are always a topic of work. The author today on the basis of their own experience, through the three aspects of the introduction of IT software management personnel career route. I. Technical manager;

Product manager;

Product managers are mainly responsible for company-level products, especially the design and development functions of products such as Internet nowadays. Iv. Department manager;

I have also served as a department manager, the content of department management has a certain understanding. It mainly involves recruitment, personnel management, conference management, project management, personnel management, website testing and other content. The department manager is responsible for the entire department as well as the department’s projects and operations.

V. Deputy General Manager of the company;

The deputy general manager of the company is mainly responsible for the negotiation and acquisition of company-level business, as well as the personnel and business management of the company, assisting the general manager to carry out various businesses of the company. The deputy general manager plays a very important role in the company. The key is to play a more important auxiliary role with the general manager, and to deal with various plans of the company.
