Build Struts 2.5 development environment based on IntelliJ IDEA 2017

1. Download the struts-2.5.13-min-lib.zip file

2. New construction

3. Select all the JAR packages in struts-2.5.13-min-lib that you just downloaded

4. Make sure the Use Library option is selected

5. Fix the Problem in the Project Structure

6. Delete the ng. field in the web. XML file. The red part should be black

7. Normal Modules interface
