Hi, we are the bytedance business center team. We mainly focus on the core business of Bytedance, providing business/technology solutions in the areas of geo-location services, social services, international payment services, etc., and supporting bytedance’s many star products: Toutiao/Douyin/Douyin Volcano/Watermelon Video/Understand The Car Emperor/Multi-flash /TikTok/Helo etc. (hundreds of millions of user apps) In terms of technology, we are exploring the global architecture, optimizing the 10-million-level QPS basic services, building corporate level large general components/technology platform, supporting the corporate large-scale activities (such as Spring Festival activities, Tiktok Night, etc.), and promoting the development of bytedance’s technology system. The job description
- Participate in the design and development of high traffic and concurrent business/service system in Taichung, such as: location service, IM service, tagging service, etc.

Job requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, communication or related;

The job description
- Participates in and directs the development of one or more company platform-level business development frameworks/complex business systems/basic services/basic components/basic platforms;
- Participate in infrastructure construction, flow control and disaster tolerance system construction, r&d system optimization and other basic work;
- Analyze and deeply explore the shortcomings of the existing system, locate the bottleneck of the system, improve the performance and stability of the system;
- Thinking deeply about various problems in the process of research and development, to promote the team work efficiency and development quality;
- Introduce new technologies and solutions to the team according to the actual business needs;
- Responsible for the promotion of cross-team key projects with good project management, coordination and communication skills.
Job requirements
- Rich experience in architecture design, able to accurately and comprehensively understand business, and design reasonable architecture solutions according to business development;
- Experience in design and development of massive data and large scale distributed systems;
- Have good basic skills, skilled use of various data structures and algorithms, in the computer field with a relatively complete knowledge system, and can be combined into practical work;
- Rich coding and Code Review experience and good coding habits: clear structure, naming convention, strong logic, low Code redundancy rate; Proficient in at least one of Java/Python/Golang/C++;
- Good communication skills, organization skills and team work spirit;
- Experience in the following is preferred:
- Responsible for the business architecture work of multiple business lines or the whole product line, have organized medium-scale or above projects, have good business awareness/understanding;
- Experience in multiple language development, in-depth understanding of language features and flexible use;
- In-depth understanding of multiple database middleware, messaging middleware, and other infrastructure components of large-scale distributed systems.
Business center – Center Data Engineer
Beijing/Shenzhen
The job description
- Responsible for, but not limited to, data development and data warehouse modeling in the business direction, such as: geo-location related data, user IM data and social data of all Bytedance products;
- Responsible for, but not limited to, the data analysis/mining of the business platform, such as: the data analysis/mining of geographical location user portrait, precise positioning, social relationship chain and other directions.
Job requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, major in computer/statistics/mathematics, at least 1 year working experience in data development/data mining;
- Be familiar with distributed computing frameworks such as Hive, Spark, and Flink, and be familiar with offline and real-time processing technologies of big data.
- Familiar with common data modeling theory, can independently control the design of data warehouse;
- Familiar with machine learning algorithms, such as GBDT/LR/SVM, deep learning and graph data mining experience is preferred;
- Excellent logical thinking ability, strong data analysis and problem solving ability.
