AnyRTC video live broadcasting can be divided into three modes: RTC live broadcasting, server streaming to CDN and client streaming to CDN.
- RTC live broadcast
Functional descriptionRTC real-time broadcast mode, communication terminal equipment is not distributed CDN network, only through anyRTC RTN network broadcast, the delay can be controlled within 200ms, support a maximum of 50 people interactive connection, the maximum number of viewers 100W. During channel broadcast, user roles can be set to switch between anchor and audience, and view layout can be arbitrarily placed according to client scenarios.
- The server pushes the stream to the CDN
Functional descriptionThe process of publishing live media streams to the Content Delivery Network (CDN) is called CDN live streaming. Users can watch the live broadcast through a Web browser without having to install an App. In the process of streaming to CDN, when there are multiple anchors in the channel, transcoding is usually involved, combining multiple live streams into a single stream, and setting the audio and video attributes and layout of the stream.
- The client pushes the stream to the CDN
Functional descriptionThe process of a client publishing live media streams to a Content Delivery Network (CDN) is called client streaming to a CDN. The user needs to integrate the Streaming SDK to push the stream. In the process of stream pushing, when there are multiple anchors in the channel, the client will merge the audio by default, and the video merge layout requires the client to call the setLiveTranscoding method.

An anchor creates a room through the business service, which adds the room to the online room list maintained by the live chat room list. Then the anchor performs a room listening operation that all users need to do: Before entering anyRTC channel, set the room as the live broadcast type and set its own role as the main broadcast.
