I went to find some books, what is this phenomenon, because they do not understand, ha ha, if you want to understand these things, it turned out that this is their emotions or “baby” stage, the performance of weak ability to resist pressure.

Ha ha, talking about thone company after harvest, is receiving the largest compressive ability, because disease slow, such as the culture of hatred, so work is like a war, a wave of a wave comes over, do have a small stage is inconsistent, but let yourself live in a state of the pain, such not only reduced the whole people happiness, others is easy to feel my anxiety and depression, It is also easy to infect others, and the evaluation of the outside world is easy to drop. So we have to think this through and find a solution.

Consider the sources of anxiety:

  1. Future uncertainty
  2. Unfinished business
  3. Worry about your health
  4. Forced to do
  5. Less colleagues, more demand, change demand frequently
  6. Working tools

Recently, I only know about complaints and problems, and have not combed myself. Today, I will think of ways to solve the above anxiety.

  1. For the future, we should keep an optimistic and confident attitude. As long as we can keep a good attitude every day, we can certainly receive a little knowledge. Even a little knowledge is also a receipt.

  2. For unfinished items, in accordance with their own pace, ha ha, the company can not be driven to death. Despite this unrealistic demand, that is ultimately negotiable.

  3. A good state of mind can have a good body, midway out for 5-10 minutes, set the alarm clock to execute.

  4. After several times of experience, I should know the means of this leader and PM. Just calm down and listen to them. Do not do it immediately when the demand comes, but do it every other day, so as to avoid frequent changes in the demand.

  6. Clean up this negative mental baggage, then summarize the technology and other issues (such as how to do it if you are a PM) in each requirement, and get in the habit of thinking ahead.

Each night make a to-do list for the next day, including:

Then measure how long it will take you to complete those tasks, and eliminate the tasks that last 10 minutes or so before moving on to bigger ones.

I define several needs of the company:

  1. Strategic need (urgent, whether it works or not)

  2. Immature requirements (not necessarily use, just stage ideas)

  3. Procrastination needs (can be used, not urgent)

Of course it’s better to write a list than to do it in your head, but try to stick to it.

When you’re tired, go for a walk or a run. Your body comes first.

When feeling pessimistic, you can also listen to music or watch a TV series or watch tiktok to distract yourself.
