Step 2: Change all Google addresses in Jenkins\updates\default.json to www.baidu.com
Step 3: Restart Jenkins or computer. If the connection request is rejected by typing localhost: 8080, you can win+R and then enter services. MSC to find Jenkins service and start manually.
