Wrong decision
1. Leave Shanghai
Bightou fish has been working in Shanghai since I graduated in 2016. As time goes by, my hair is getting looser and my forehead is getting wider. Watching the housing price rising day by day, I feel that I have exhausted all the 3000 worries and still can’t get on the bus.
Where can I go from Shanghai? They just want to find a place where they can “settle down” and have the possibility of continuing work.
After considering several cities, I finally decided to try Guangzhou.
1. Bachelor can settle down to buy a house within six months
2. The Internet environment may not be as good as that of Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Shenzhen, but there are still options
3. It's close to home, within a day's drive
4. Received an offer of about 30K
2. I live in Guangzhou
In order to prove that Batehead fish is not lying, I took a screenshot of part of the income (November and December at the end of the year are when the most tax is deducted), the company name and other relevant information have been typed, and I worked for four and a half years when I left Guangzhou.
3. Return to Shanghai
I thought I had considered clearly before I left Shanghai for Guangzhou, but finally I chose to return to Shanghai where I have lived for 4 years. The reason is very difficult to explain. If you happen to be considering changing cities, please be sure to consider it carefully, because the cost of changing cities is much higher than you think.
Work to harvest
After returning to Shanghai from Guangzhou, I joined a medium-sized Internet company with the best performance in a certain vertical field. I gained a lot in this year. I am glad to have the opportunity to join this team and lead several projects independently.
1. Independently developed a visual building platform
Entered the company responsible for the first big project is set up for the use of products and operations of visualization platform (by dragging components to complete the operation of the page set up), it is a project initiated by the technology, there is no product research design requirements, the back-end to help you write interface, no design and interactive drawing interface in short what all have no. There is only leader’s recognition of this direction, but this is the most important, isn’t it?
1. There are more ways than difficulties
Although all kinds of resources are not available, but the method is more than difficult.
If you can’t write Java, you can’t write Nodejs.
We can’t do professional page design without ant Design.
Without products, we can only go to 😭 : demand research, planning and design is not the strength of programmers, can only be hard scalp.
2. The first MVP version
From requirements research, solution design, front-end and back-end code writing to testing submission, we launched our first MVP version within a month, and when the product was dragged in the background to generate the first page and released to the public, it was a great feeling, dancing with joy.
3. Iterate
After nearly 9 months of successive iterations, the visual building platform has been equipped with the ability to build pages of small and medium-sized activity operation types: multi-person collaboration, permission control, event mechanism, animation interaction, page expiration, rollback plan, buried point statistics and a series of functions. 962 pages have been set up for production and transportation.

2. Start bringing people
Managing yourself well and growing up with others are two completely different concepts. In the past, it was ok to take care of yourself. This year, I began to take charge of fresh graduates, and encountered different challenges and problems. To see the newly graduated children seems to see their own, all we need to do is to grow with them attentively, give help, feedback, design phased growth plan, and do it with our heart to wait for the bloom.
3. The Courage to Charge Award
Won the company’s “Brave charge award” in Q3, mainly because of some efforts and work in the visual building platform.
4. Winning the hackathon
In October, the company organized a hackathon contest named meta-universe. Our team proposed the integration of virtual world and reality to form a complete product system, and finally made a VR product combining with the actual business scenes of the company. I won the first prize and then went to the Bund to have a big dinner with the prize money.
5. Two performances that can’t be straight forward
O(∩_∩)O ha ha ~, in short, the year-end bonus will not be less, thanks to the organization, thanks to the leadership.

When I just graduated, I like to write articles. I like to summarize my knowledge into articles and post them to communities like digging gold. I enjoy the feeling of being praised and reading. Since going to Meituan, tiantian volume in the business, almost stopped writing, this August after picking up this hobby again.

Public Number harvest
I opened an official account in 2017, but I didn’t start writing articles on it until around October this year. How much delay I had to have to get to this point.
Up to now, there are only 876 fans, and the average reading is less than 200. About four times, advertisers came to me and asked me to advertise, but they refused (I also want to have a good meal, but the time is really not at 😭). In 2022, I hope the number of fans can reach 10,000 +, and the reading volume can break 1,000, come on!
