It was a pivotal year in my life. A lot happened. First thing is I officially promoted to team leader, due to the deputy head of the working experience, also doing relatively well on team leader position, in the guarantee of development work at the same time, continue to lead the team to the bronze more consecutive team award, the other all sorts of certification examination are firmly when through, but at this time, because the young, the mistake I made a very regret so far.

By August, my project had come to an end, a satellite had been launched successfully, and the deep space project had passed the preliminary stage. My first job had come to an end. I started to send my resume online. My skills were good and my communication was good. The interview went well, and I got 6 offers within a month, including the offer from Dachrysanthemum Factory, which was rated as 16A with 25K monthly salary. The offer approval process of the Chrysanthemum factory is the longest I have ever seen. My interface person at that time urged me to go through the process every day for nearly 2 months. I put forward the resignation to the leadership, the process of resignation is very painful, experienced people probably know, here will not say. Why did I choose Huawei? First, I was in urgent need of money at that time, and second, I always felt it was a pity that I could not get a look at Huawei for embedded technology. Now I think IT is too hasty to enter a company without a serious understanding of the corporate culture: if you do not agree with the corporate culture of a company, you will probably not work for a long time, unable to reach the middle and senior levels, IT personnel you do not timely breakthrough to the middle and senior levels soon you will face a lot of problems; There are two main types of people in the recruitment of the company, one is qualified person, the other is suitable person, qualified person refers to qualified skills, suitable person refers to identify with the culture. Enterprise recruitment is the first qualified people to recruit, and then through daily propaganda, imperceptibly eliminate the unsuitable people.
After a while, I finally quit and started to work for Huawei. One of the crazy things I did when I left my job was I had cash and I was paying interest and I wanted to do something with it. At that time, due to the medical treatment, I came into contact with the underground XX market and heard about B&TC. Before I left, I bought B&T&C at the first sight. Later, there was constant fluctuation, and FINALLY I sold it and made some money, but I failed to get it.
In 2019,
Huawei had a long probation period of 6 months, with monthly process tracking, communication and interviews. Finally, I was hired as a full-time employee. As expected, I got an Excellent evaluation and a raise in salary. I don’t want to say too much about Huawei. In short, I don’t think I am qualified to judge this company. Huawei is really a great company from the perspective of the company, and Ren is also an admirable entrepreneur.
After working in Huawei for half a year, I found that I was too hasty when I joined the company. I didn’t know the position and the department in detail at that time. After I joined the company, I found that I was in the hardware department, I was in the software group of a hardware department, I was really crazy. In a department, you need to try to get into the main channel of the department, and try not to work on the edge of the channel, especially those fast-paced, rigorous departments. What was more serious was that the group I was in was actually a group distributed in four places across the country. The group leader (HUAWEI called LM) was in Shanghai, and each place had a local business leader. I immediately realized that when it came to the year-end review, all the results would be distributed among the four places, and the person in charge of the four places would occupy a large part of the results, which was an advantage of the organizational structure. My team will be hard to break, and resources will be allocated aggressively.
Despite all that, in ’18 my wife had surgery and it was a success. After the rest, we began to prepare for pregnancy in early 1919. this time it was really lucky and we got pregnant very quickly. This time, although I take the subway 1.5 hours to the company to work every day, through high intensity of work, MY heart is still happy every day. So I began to travel between two places, returning to Shanghai once a month.
