I. Offer information of 15-year school recruitment of Internet companies



0, huawei



Although it is about the Internet school recruitment, but we must talk about Huawei, this year all companies around huawei but rob people.

Recruitment: 10,000 people

It’s about the sum of all the major Internet companies’ recruitment, which determines that the entire industry’s pricing strategy is dictated by Huawei.

Cabbage price: 14K/20W

Companies all over the Internet /IT/ communications industry have to keep up with these prices.

SSP Offer: 4, 50W, or higher

Ordinary SP is not so high, that is, 3, 40W. However, huawei has offered hundreds of offers of 4, 50W or even higher in north qingqing (some of them are higher than the regular alicstar), and all the companies have no temper.

The final result: Huawei recruited 17 students in North Qingqing, about twice as many as all Chinese Internet companies +MS, Google and other foreign companies combined.

No matter what controversy Huawei has, when a company with more revenue than BAT and more r&d costs than BAT, spends money on school recruitment, we are all doomed to kneel.


1, the BAT:



BAT three because of the large recruitment volume, accounting for half of the Internet school recruitment, so actually formed a tacit cabbage price alliance, as for SP\SSP, a star, that all rely on their own skills to fight for. This year, the price of cabbage has been pushed to 22W or so, while the conventional SP\SSP is still at 25~30W.


B:

This year, the overall salary of B family is a little upward, according to the previous 14, 15K is considered as a conventional SP, this year, 15K is counted as cabbage price, according to 14.6 months, the total package of cabbage is 22W, which is the highest in BAT.

Conventional SP slightly higher than 1, 2K, SSP over 20K is uncommon. In other words, the price of vegetables is about 25~30W.

Since about ten years ago, Baidu has been paying great attention to the recruitment and training of school enrollment, and the salary is basically guaranteed to be in the top position in the same company. The fine-tuning of the salary can also be seen.

Recruitment volume: 1500 people, overall recruitment volume is also high

A:

A school recruitment this year is very early, also very low-key, August felt almost hair. I don’t know how many of them got cut off.

It is said that we mainly recruit a-grade students this year, and the A-grade students we see are still 15\16K*16=24 and 25.6W. Some offers are A little higher, but WE don’t see many b-grade offers this year.

You said 25W is A cabbage price? It seems A little wrong, because the A-grade test is not A low requirement. But to say file A is SP? This SP ratio is not quite right…

Hiring: The number is a mystery, but it’s believed to be small, with industry estimates ranging from a few hundred.

T:

The price of cabbage in T family has increased a little compared with previous years. The monthly salary of 12.5K remains unchanged, but the promised months have been increased to 16 months. Plus the housing subsidy, the total package has exceeded 21W yuan (the actual bonus of T family is indeed not low). Conventional SP will be 2, 3K higher, SSP will be higher, the same, less than 20K.

Similar to BA two, the price of green vegetables is about 25W, but the monthly salary seems a little less.

Hiring: 2,000 people this year, the most in the entire Internet industry.

A star gear:

Alstar of A only saw one offer this year, and asked several of them from the side. The price is still the same as last year, and the total contract is about 6,70W, which is basically 30+30 according to the business unit and individual situation.

BT two: in fact, there are 6, 70W or even 80W+ offer, and the amount is not much smaller than Ali Star, but the two did not make a special project system to promote, but one by one. Therefore, in the middle and high-end student groups, it has not formed enough influence, which is a pity.


2. Companies with market capitalization of over ten billion DOLLARS: JINGdong, Ctrip and 360



Jingdong:

Jingdong cabbage price this year is similar to BAT, about 15K, SP better can be 20K, a little higher than BAT SP.

It is worth mentioning that jingdong launched the first scientist program this year, and the median value is said to reach 55W. We saw some offers of nearly 100W for some doctors. This program is mainly aimed at excellent doctors from all over the world, and the number is not small, similar to Alixing. Who to mark, it goes without saying, suggest 18 under the concern.

Recruitment volume: Nearly catching up with BAT. This year, the headquarters recruited nearly 1000 people, and regional companies also recruited hundreds of people. I feel that I will jump to the first echelon of school recruitment.


Netease:

Netease Games:

In recent 3 or 4 years, netease games has recruited 50 or 60 people from Tsinghua university every year. What is this concept? In most years, BAT recruits less than half as many Tsinghua students as netease.

Why is that? Because Ding lei’s face is tooty and cute? Because netease’s pork is delicious?

Because people netease game money, the school often 35W, 40W to throw, and then go before the brothers and sisters, and then tell the younger brothers and sisters, the game bonus may be more than a dozen/dozens of months (of course, bad may not have a penny bonus), so the students have to from.

Ctrip is:

Ctrip:

Ctrip research and development products are basically in Shanghai, cabbage prices in Shanghai is still pretty good, almost 18~22W, SP will be tens of thousands more, with BAT about the same. Considering the work intensity of Ctrip, the actual cost performance is higher than BAT.

Because online travel is complex and requires strong online and offline teams, Ctrip also has a separate management training program that has been running for several years. Starting salaries are similar to other companies’ product operations and promotions are said to be fast within the company. More recently, there is the GLP (Global Leadership Program), which paves the way for internationalization, targeting mbas from the world’s top universities and so on.

Where to go:

Qunar has been engaged in school recruitment for several years, and the recruitment volume is increasing year by year. The salaries of students in the same class are always slightly higher than those of BAT (Qunar attaches great importance to product technology as a whole, and the competition in Beijing is very fierce).

The starting point of master cabbage price this year is 21W (the starting point of undergraduate course is low tens of thousands), better students can arrive 25W, individual good SP also has close to 30W-.


Recruitment volume: the same as netease and ctrip, although not thousands of people, but also hundreds of people.


360:

Although 360 delisted, but we still put it in the listed company, after all, two years will be listed.

The price we see is basically 15K, and the total package is almost 21W+. It seems that there are separate security star and front-end star plans. I haven’t seen the offers of these two star projects, SO I don’t know the specific numbers.

Hiring volume: Quite a few hundred.


3. Other Listed Companies:



Sohu:

Sohu portal, video, etc. :

Sogou:

Sina:

Proper letter:

The remaining listed companies do not have a large number of recruitment, and I have not heard of many very high offers from any of them. They have little impact on the market, so I will not mention them separately.


4. Didi, Xiaomi, Toutiao, Lianjia, Xinmei University



These five companies are listed together because they are unlisted companies with little risk, large amount of recruitment, stable business and almost too big to fail, and their valuations are all in the tens of billions or tens of billions of dollars. Excluding Ant Financial, these five are representative of unlisted companies.



New:

Cabbage price is about 21~23W, SP to 25W, very favor students from famous schools, some very good children’s shoes are given to the total package close to 40W, and even can have stocks.

Hiring volume: Large, with more than 1,000 offers reportedly made. This year’s spring recruitment is said to recruit nearly 1,000 interns. Quite a lot.


Details:

Didi’s enrollment is a bit late, but the price of cabbage is basically guaranteed to be more than $25 million.

In order to win talents this year, Didi is very willing to give money, especially for BAT SSP and Alstar level people, basically guaranteed much higher salaries than BAT.

In general, anyone who can get an offer of more than 40W at BAT should talk to Didi.



Millet:

The price of millet cabbage is basically around 16K, and the option will be granted after one year. The conventional SP price is slightly higher than the BAT SP 1, 2K, nearly to 20K. In addition, Xiaomi is hiring a lot of people in AI today, and has made a lot of SSP offers. You can pay attention to them.

Recruitment volume: The volume of Xiaomi in these two years is not too low. One of his unique advantages is that his household registration index and settlement ratio are said to be the largest of any major companies. So if you can get the SSP, talk to your family.



Headline:

Last year’s rookie, with one fell swoop the SP price to 30W+ headlines, this year is the second large-scale school recruitment. The cabbage price of the headlines has reached 25~30W, the price of good people can reach 35W, ali star grade of children’s shoes can be talked about alone.

Recruitment volume: quite large, there are hundreds of people, but only focus on 20 target universities to do communication, so the impact may not be much.



HOME LINK:

The term “Lianjia” here refers only to Lianjia, which is a completely independent team composed of pure Internet people. It has grown from dozens of people to more than 1,000 people in about 2 or 3 years.

This year is also the first time for Lianjia to conduct large-scale offline publicity. The cabbage offer is slightly higher than BAT, about 15K*15. Excellent people can talk about SP alone.

5. Other entrepreneurial teams



AI companies such as Face++, sensetime and horizon:

This kind of company this year, for individual doctors and so on, basically all offered an annual salary of one million yuan, and some of them offered a cash offer of 100 million yuan, which was quite surprising to the industry.

However, since these companies are not hiring as much as a few dozen people each, we won’t do it individually.



Well quickly:

Kuaofou recruitment volume is not large, but the offer is very powerful, the same file of children’s shoes, actually slightly higher than didi toutiao, is basically the market with the highest file. Several offers we have seen are 30W± + options. As a 5000W daily live company, as expected very confident.



Apes question:

Same as last year, 20K, 22K, 25K (25K is very rare, basically are good seedlings in Cheongbuk), after the trial period there is an option plan.



Melting, 360:

Cabbage price is about 22W+, algorithm SP give a little higher. Options are promised at the time of offer and will be awarded after one year of employment.

Hundreds of offers have been sent out, which is not a small amount as a benchmark for Internet finance startups.



Zhihu:

It seems that Zhihu just started to do campus recruitment on a large scale. Second, what kind of fresh graduates can get these offers:


(I) Cabbage price 15~20W:

Let’s start with products, because the starting salary of products is low (unlike learning technology, it’s not easy to prove the ability of new products).

Products don’t be discouraged. Good products are scarce and promotions are fast.

Algorithm: AI this year is too hot, basic all listed companies, mainstream entrepreneurial teams have opened this file. Students who are good at machine learning, speech recognition, image processing and other algorithms, and have published 1 or 2 top papers, with good engineering ability, will basically get this offer.

Engineering: it is a little difficult to get this offer purely based on engineering ability. It must be gold, silver and bronze level in ACM regional competition. BAT is difficult to get, have to go to didi toutiao.


4, 40 ~ 50 w

Salary: 20~30K*15/16, plus some stock.

Last year’s prediction: didn’t write this.

Point of view of the year: This file alone, because before this file is really few. However, this year, Huawei alone opened hundreds of such offers, especially in North Qingqing, relying on this offer, lost hundreds of doctoral degrees. For some of the better students, especially PHDS, the offer has gradually become easier. On the other hand, AI is really too hot, there is a shortage of people in China.

What kind of students can get:

Probably, there is a child who has 2 or 3 titles in the popular direction, may have 4 or 5 offers of 30W in hand, can get 4 or 50W offers in 1 or 2 companies.


5, 60 ~ 150 w

Let’s put them together to make it easier. It’s out of the normal range anyway, so just look at it.

1) Is it so expensive?

It’s a very good deal, so we have a situation where people can’t get enough. Especially over 100W, too difficult to recruit.

2) Why is it a good deal?

Taking Beijing as a reference, single salary cost:

Recruitment:
