In most cases, Google recognizes the source language accurately. Russian users reported that they could not correctly identify The Russian language. Tested it, and it was. Today we have added the ability to manually set the source language.
In fact, there is nothing to be said for this function alone. The key is how to satisfy the edge without affecting the majority of users. So far, the overall logic goes like this:
- For most users, there is no need to know about OCR services like Google and Tencent.
- Therefore, this kind of information is not visible in the general interface.
- There are certain users who need to use Google services.
- Such as having to translate into a small language, or having a Google plot.
- To do this, you can right – click the menu bar icon to select the OCR service.
- This interaction is deeper. But if there was a need, they would ask. The user can be informed about this interaction in support, or in a tutorial.
- And it’s true that in a much smaller percentage of cases, Google can’t accurately identify the source language.
- You can do this by right-clicking the menu bar icon with the Option key to select Google’s source language.
The weight and visibility of an interaction is related to its own importance.
- The more important the interaction, the more straightforward it should be.
- The less important it is, the less obvious it is. In this way, to avoid distracting.
