6. Matrix organization chart
It combines the departments divided by functions and the departments divided by products (or projects, services, etc.) to form a matrix, which is a structure in which the same employee not only maintains organizational and business contact with the original functional department, but also participates in the work of the product or project team. 7.PERT (Program Review Technology) diagram
