I. Background analysis
After years of efforts, China’s expressway network has been basically formed, and the practical application of video surveillance system has also made great progress. The area monitoring system has been all over the main expressway sections of the country, and the basic network of expressway video surveillance has initially formed.
The area between the monitoring center, however, the lack of unified planning and coordination technology, not in greater range (such as a province or municipality directly under the central government) effectively monitoring network connectivity, communication and information sharing, has not been perfect, highway monitoring business requirements of the provincial highway video networking comprehensive monitoring system integration platform, It can not adapt to the requirements of the development trend of digitalization, networking and intelligence in the current traffic field, which affects the role of video surveillance technology in the expressway traffic management system.
Ii. Project analysis
Recently, during the construction of a high-speed cloud project scheme in a certain province, the project team came to us, hoping to seek unified access and management of monitoring equipment in various sections of the highway in the province. The monitoring equipment in the province all support RTSP protocol, have fixed IP, and meet the needs of international management and platform cascade.
Combined with the product construction of Qingxi Video, we propose a plan of EasyNVR+ GB platform cascade. The road section/tunnel monitoring station (station level) will deploy the RTSP protocol monitoring equipment in EasyNVR access line, and then EasyNVR will connect with the monitoring center of the area (road level) through gb platform cascade to transmit the video to the road level. The road level is then registered with the provincial monitoring center (provincial level) as a subordinate platform, so as to form a video management system with the provincial-road-station three-level architecture.
