The interviewer will use the previous testing process to test your knowledge of the complete testing process. So, this is the first pit, if you do not speak well, or a perfunctory say is casually measured, then you lost a chance to show their ability, also jumped into the interviewer to set the first “trap” for you.

As an aside, let’s talk more about how to answer this question if the interviewer asks you.

First of all, the first thing in a formal company’s testing process is to get the requirements document. Users say what they want, and the product personnel record it and turn it into a requirements document.

Later, our testers and developers conduct a requirement review after the product personnel take out the requirements document, and need to know what kind of function and software the users want. During the review process, be sure to conduct an analysis of the requirements to see if there are ambiguities and inaccuracies.

So after we pass the requirement review, our testers need to write a test plan by the test leader and manager.

After the test plan is written, gather all testers together for a meeting to review the test plan.

What will be reviewed? Is the arrangement reasonable? Is the schedule really enough? Including inside the risk is avoided, as well as our test machine preparation

After passing the review, let’s write test cases again, divide the division of personnel, and then write good test cases, and then test case review. If there are no missing points, after passing the review, we will start to execute the test cases, then the first round of testing, the second test, the third test iteration, until he accepts the test, and then we will launch and write our test report.

This is a question that interviewers are looking for a perfect answer to, and it’s a great way to gauge whether you’ve actually worked.

So how to answer this “gift proposition”? Don’t be afraid to say you are in charge of a process testing, I am in charge of the ordering process, or in charge of the payment process, or refund process, these are more logical. 5. What is the most logical BUG you have encountered during the test?

What is the purpose of this question? B. At the end of the interview, you will be told about the company’s business process and what the main daily work is like.

C. Told you about working overtime. For example, we do not work overtime very much, but there is no way to work overtime in special circumstances, but not too much. Is that acceptable to you?

Explanation: On the one hand, this is to tell you the intensity of the work, and also to tell you that I think you are ok, if there is no one better than you later we will consider you first

D. When will you be available

Explanation: This.. Problems to see, but also to listen to tone. It may mean different things in different ways. This is also a tentative question. If you say it will take a long time, he can find someone else or keep you as a backup. But it’s very late in the interview and you have a very high success rate

Do you think this is ok? I still need to hand over some things in the last company. I can arrive first after a week, and I may need to ask for leave in the future. After all, responsibility comes first in today’s society. I can assure you, your favorability rating went through the roof

That’s pretty much all I can sum up. Basically, I have met all the above situations, whether or not the HR of this industry gave me the face. In fact, the main worry will be nervous, this is very normal after all, they just learned or not familiar with the professional field will have some nervous, worried mood, so I advocate in the first interview to fight a unprepared battle, see how deep their water.

The key points:

A. The image must be clean, decent and reasonable

B. Speak in a modest tone, not too proud (of course, when talking about your most impressive bug, you should have a light eye feeling)

C. Speak in a moderate voice. Don’t be intimidated. Don’t be afraid that the other person is a human being. I don’t know if I can be a colleague after today’s meeting

D. nervous? It doesn’t matter. Slow down. This will calm your nerves

E. Don’t look away, especially for men. If you’re looking good and the interviewer is a woman, look her in the eye without distracting yourself. Being masculine is a definite plus.

What? You’re a girl. What if you’re embarrassed? That simple, look at the eye is not used to look at each other’s nose or eyebrows it doesn’t matter.

F. Try to blurt out answers to questions you are familiar with, of course. If they really can’t, then modest answer said, oh sorry manager this problem I really did not involve, you can explain to me. People in the IT industry are weirdos. They think they know a lot, so they’ll fill their vanity with explanations (and there are weirdos too).

G. If you’re not very good at something, you might want to mention that my best friend is also in the business and I’d like to pick his brain. It gives an illusion about the experience you’re having, that you have one more way to learn, and they’re less engaged. But, you know, that whole “best friend” thing is a lie…

H. For their future development must have a plan in advance, even if you don’t know to make up a set, but don’t say 3~5 years I want to sit on the test manager position… Your general face is the manager, you come up where do I sit? Pack up and go?

I. Make sure you know if the person you’re talking to is HR or the boss of the test or the manager of the test.

K. Others, be confident and assertive, so that the interviewer can see that you are a reliable person, even though you may not be the best at business. After all, business ability can be improved, but human quality is not what they want to cultivate.
